If, when trying to connect to your Keezel, your screen looks like in the picture below (circle keeps spinning and remains orange while the message on the screen says "Keezel is establishing a secure connection. Hold on" and you see "no vpn server" at the bottom) and you cannot see any VPN servers when you click on the Change button next to "no vpn server," it might be because your voucher expired or has not been activated.
Here's what you should try in this case:
- activate your Keezel by following the steps described in the quickstart guide . If you've already activated it and you still cannot see any servers, then
- send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of the issue and your activation code
