When you turn the Keezel on, the light on the device turns blue and after a short while, starts rapidly blinking green. While the light is blue or blinking green rapidly, the Keezel wifi will not be visible in your list of available networks. Once the light starts blinking green steadily, that's when you'll see a wifi network called keezel-xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is a string of random letters and numbers) in your list of available WiFi networks.
What to try if you don’t see a Keezel WiFi network in the list:
- Turn your WiFi off and on again and check if the Keezel network is in the list now. If not:
- Check if your phone or another device sees the Keezel WiFi. If yes, try to do the setup on that device - follow the steps in the quickstart guide you received in the Keezel package. If other devices don’t see the Keezel either:
- Turn the Keezel off and on again and check if the Keezel network is in the list now.
If it’s still not showing up on any of your devices:
- Reset your Keezel and start over, following the steps described in the quickstart guide or this setup video. See how to reset your Keezel here.
